Qualitative Project Assistant (French speaking)

Accountabilities: Support the coordination and execution of qualitative research projects from initiation to delivery. Recruit and manage respondents in French-speaking markets through panel recruitment and free-finding methodologies. Contact, confirm, and re-screen participants to ensure research quality and compliance with project specifications. Maintain and update internal and client-facing recruitment tracking documents and project reports. Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies involved in project delivery. Review and validate vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met. Assist in negotiating costs, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support future project success. Collaborate with Project Managers and, when necessary, communicate directly with clients regarding project updates and deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. Requirements Native or fluent French language proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Previous experience in market research, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or related industries, is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international teams. Strong interpersonal skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external partners. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Comfortable learning new technologies, software platforms, and project management tools quickly. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of reprioritizing tasks effectively throughout the day.
