Accountabilities: As a Merchandising Promoter, you will be responsible for ensuring strong product execution in stores, improving shelf presence, and supporting sales objectives through effective merchandising activities. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and retail partners, ensuring high-quality execution in the field. Visit assigned stores according to the established planning schedule. Represent the brand professionally and build strong relationships with retail partners. Monitor product shelves, assortment availability, and store execution standards. Implement promotional campaigns and secure optimal product placement opportunities. Create and maintain attractive in-store displays that increase product visibility. Optimize the use of point-of-sale materials and merchandising resources. Perform required administrative tasks and maintain accurate activity records. Support sales growth by ensuring products are available and properly presented. Work toward achieving key performance indicators and annual business objectives. Become a trusted partner for customers by providing reliable support and excellent execution. Requirements: The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and motivated by achieving goals in a field-based commercial environment. Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or similar field activities is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when communicating with customers and store teams. Basic computer skills and ability to complete administrative tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to different retail environments and work collaboratively.
