About the job For our client, we are seeking a Project & Program Management V to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,240 – $208,800 annually Responsibilities Drive transformational AI programs from ideation to deployment Translate strategic AI goals into structured program plans Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables Ensure AI solutions are user-ready for operations teams Embed AI governance into all program deliveries Define and communicate KPIs to measure project impact Manage dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives Qualifications 8+ years in technical program management or related leadership roles Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs effectively Experience delivering internal tools or platforms that are widely adopted Understanding of AI/ML integrations in operational workflows Knowledge of automation design patterns and safety considerations Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical discussions Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to stakeholders Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Flexible Spending Accounts for health and dependent care 401k plan with company contribution Continuing education and professional development opportunities Employee wellness programs and assistance services Paid time off and holidays, plus wellness days Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
