Accountabilities: The Project Chiron - French (Canada) Quality Control Specialist will support AI data quality initiatives by reviewing, validating, and improving annotated content. This role requires strong attention to detail, objective evaluation skills, and the ability to provide clear feedback to maintain high-quality standards. Review completed tasks submitted by trainers, including questions, images, and reference answers. Independently verify whether provided answers accurately match the information shown in images. Identify and report incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent responses. Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve overall data accuracy. Apply project guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently across all reviewed tasks. Monitor recurring quality issues and communicate trends to the project team. Ensure submitted work meets required quality standards before final approval. Escalate ambiguous cases, such as unclear images or questions, for further review and resolution. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a meticulous and reliable professional with strong language skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to evaluate information objectively. Experience in quality-focused roles is beneficial, but strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines are essential. Native or advanced proficiency in French. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Excellent visual observation and reading comprehension abilities. Ability to apply guidelines, evaluation criteria, and workflows consistently. Strong written English communication skills, particularly for providing feedback. Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, or data review is an asset. Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection.
