Accountabilities: The Program Manager is responsible for managing partner relationships, supporting program implementation, and leading teams to deliver effective educational services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate resources across multiple functions. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting ongoing planning, implementation, and program success. Build strong relationships with partners by providing proactive support, training coordination, and solutions to operational needs. Coordinate resources across enrollment, operations, curriculum, instruction, support, billing, training, and professional development teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide regular updates to partners regarding timelines, initiatives, operational progress, and program performance. Collaborate with sales, academic, enablement, and cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and achieve shared goals. Escalate technical or operational challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal stakeholders. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to instructional staff through coaching, team meetings, and professional development initiatives. Supervise, evaluate, and support teachers and staff to promote performance excellence and achievement of program objectives. Monitor compliance with accountability standards, policies, and applicable educational requirements. Maintain awareness of relevant state regulations and administrative requirements impacting instructional operations. Support organizational initiatives and collaborate with internal departments to advance strategic goals. Manage supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and resolving employee concerns. Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience, strong business judgment, and a background in education, program management, or related fields. They should be skilled at building teams, managing partnerships, and driving successful outcomes in complex environments. Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. At least 5 years of leadership or management experience. Demonstrated success leading teams, developing talent, and creating environments focused on collaboration and accountability. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships that support organizational growth. Experience managing budgets, business operations, or educational programs. Ability to analyze challenges, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions. Experience leading remote teams is preferred. MBA qualification is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and web-based tools. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Ability to successfully complete required background screening. Valid state administrative license where required.
