Program Manager (Hyperscale Accounts, Global Cloud and Data Centers)

Accountabilities: Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of hyperscale cloud and data center programs, from design and implementation through commissioning and completion. Develop, implement, and maintain account programs, standards, processes, and reporting structures to support successful project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, managing communications, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with regional teams, project managers, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet customer expectations and business objectives. Establish consistent documentation, communication processes, and best practices across multiple locations and teams. Support strategic account growth by identifying opportunities, introducing solutions, and collaborating with internal experts to deliver additional value. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, technical teams, and ecosystem partners. Create and maintain customer playbooks, technical documentation, and internal resources to improve operational effectiveness. Monitor project performance, timelines, scope, and deliverables while recommending improvements to optimize results. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and continuous improvement. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and a customer-focused culture. Travel approximately 25–50% as required to support customer engagements and project execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing data center hyperscale projects, including electronic security systems. 10+ years of experience supporting data center projects, infrastructure programs, or related technology environments. Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives. Broad knowledge of data center technologies and electronic security solutions, including platforms such as C-Cure, Lenel, AMAG, and Genetec. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Ability to build relationships, create alignment, and influence teams across regions and functions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic approach to decision-making. Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams while serving as a role model for collaboration and accountability. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, regions, and business environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Benefits: Competitive salary and compensation package.
