Accountabilities: The Product Owner (Pleno) will be responsible for managing product evolution by acting as the bridge between business objectives and technology execution. The role requires strong ownership of the product backlog, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to prioritize initiatives that maximize customer and business value. Manage, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog according to business objectives and customer needs. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product solutions and development priorities. Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are well structured for agile teams. Facilitate refinement sessions with development teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the delivery process. Support functional validations, testing, and product approval processes to ensure quality outcomes. Monitor product indicators, performance metrics, and evolution opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Act as the main connection point between business areas and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, roadmap evolution, and strategic product decisions. Contribute to process improvements through agile practices and data-driven insights. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in product management or business analysis roles, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to operate effectively between business and technology teams. This professional should demonstrate analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience managing digital product development. Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role. Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization techniques, and product discovery practices. Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria. Knowledge of BPMN or business process modeling. Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. Experience using product and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills. Experience in the financial sector is considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of Open Finance/Open Banking, banking products, payment solutions, credit, or investment products is a plus. PSPO or CSPO certification is desirable. Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as Kiro, Claude, Copilot, or similar solutions is a differentiator.
