Accountabilities: The Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution, ensuring that solutions align with customer needs and business objectives while driving innovation and growth. Translate business vision and strategic objectives into structured product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. Develop and execute product strategies that support long-term company goals and market opportunities. Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market insights, and user data to inform product decisions and prioritization. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and maintain alignment on product objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive data-informed decision-making. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a customer-focused product professional with strong software product management experience and a solid understanding of payroll solutions and product development processes. Must be based in the United States. 5+ years of experience in product management within the software industry. Demonstrated experience working with payroll products or within the payroll technology sector. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments with evolving priorities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building products that solve real business challenges.
