Accountabilities: Lead enterprise-wide project and programme delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, products, and geographic regions. Establish and promote best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery standards across the project management function. Embed data-driven decision-making methodologies into programme execution and strategic planning processes. Partner with analytics, product, and technology teams to improve the accessibility, quality, and utilization of business data. Apply statistical and analytical approaches, including forecasting, experimentation, and performance measurement, to enhance delivery outcomes. Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and evidence-based reporting mechanisms to support informed decision-making. Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks through predictive and diagnostic analytics, enabling proactive intervention. Lead communities of practice and coach practitioners on analytical problem-solving, insight generation, and data-backed storytelling. Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams through structured, evidence-based recommendations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation across the organization. Requirements Significant experience in project, programme, or portfolio management within complex, enterprise-scale environments. Proven track record of leading global, cross-functional initiatives and delivering strategic transformation programmes. Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting techniques, experimentation frameworks, and data science principles. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic decisions. Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance management practices. Experience working alongside data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or data science teams is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured and quantitative approaches to business challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior leaders through evidence-based recommendations. Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams to adopt data-led decision-making practices. Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Project Management, or another quantitative discipline. Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, or equivalent) and/or project management certifications such as PMI are considered advantageous.
