Power Platform Developer

Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Dynamics 365 and Model-driven applications, ensuring scalable and user-friendly implementations. Build and optimize Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, security roles, and governance structures. Develop and manage Power Automate workflows, implementing approvals, exception handling, trigger conditions, and process automation best practices. Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, and external APIs through connectors. Support solution lifecycle management, including deployment across environments, user acceptance testing, production releases, and post-go-live enhancements. Troubleshoot application, workflow, and performance issues while continuously improving user experience and operational efficiency. Contribute to the exploration and adoption of AI-powered low-code capabilities and innovative automation opportunities. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and/or Model-driven applications, including forms, views, business rules, commands, and navigation components. Solid experience with Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security configuration, and role-based access management. Proven experience developing Power Automate cloud flows with strong understanding of approvals, retries, error handling, and automation optimization. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and third-party enterprise systems through APIs and connectors. Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) concepts and solution deployment across multiple environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve flow failures, permission challenges, and performance bottlenecks. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting testing and deployment activities. Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, generative AI use cases, or other low-code AI capabilities is considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of Excel macros and VBA development is a plus.
