A high-impact engineering opportunity is available with an international technology company operating a mission-critical engagement platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform ownership: Design, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based services (Kubernetes/Helm), with a strong automation-first mindset.
Reliability & observability: Improve alerting, monitoring, logging, and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic/ELK.
Infrastructure operations: Administer Linux (Debian) environments and handle network troubleshooting (TCP/IP).
Automation & CI/CD: Build Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform/Tofu and Ansible; support CI/CD practices and tooling (e.g., GitLab/TeamCity, Git, Maven).
Virtualization & storage: Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams on Proxmox virtualization and Ceph/ZFS storage platforms.
Profile:
Experience: Strong production experience with cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes...).
Core ops skills: Confident Linux administration (Debian).
Networking expertise (TCP/IP, firewall and troubleshooting).
DevOps discipline: Proven automation/IaC approach (Terraform/Tofu, Ansible) and CI/CD toolchain experience (GitLab/TeamCity, Git, Maven).
Observability: Hands-on monitoring/logging across Prometheus/Grafana and Elastic/ELK.
Fluent English and German a plus.
