About the job Role: Platform Engineer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $40 - $100/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure for a platform serving a large user base. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure components for a cloud-based platform. • Optimize system performance, reliability, and security through monitoring and troubleshooting. • Lead initiatives to improve platform scalability, availability, and cost efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement infrastructure changes and upgrades. • Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management, deployment, and configuration.
