About the job Platform Engineer - Python, Jenkins, Groovy, SBOM, CI/CD - Remote We're partnering with a high-tech enterprise looking for DevX/DevEx talent to join their platform/DevOps team. You'll own complex polyglot build infrastructure, modernise Legacy automation, and strengthen software supply chain security. This is a hands-on role focused on evolving a Jenkins Shared Library supporting multi-language builds. You'll design fast, secure CI/CD pipelines and enforce strong artifact integrity (SLSA, SBOM, digests). Key Responsibilities Design and maintain end-to-end Groovy pipelines (build, test, scan, deploy) Enhance Python tooling for SLSA, SBOM, and security scans (SonarQube, SAST, etc.) Optimise pipelines via parallelisation, caching, and dependency management Ensure cryptographic artifact integrity (SHA1/SHA256, reproducibility) Refactor Legacy scripts and standardise templates Requirements 5+ years in DevOps/platform/software engineering Strong Jenkins/Groovy (Shared Libraries preferred) Advanced Python Scripting and automation Experience with YAML/JSON processing Knowledge of modern DevSecOps and supply chain security (SLSA, SBOM) Proven performance optimisation experience This is a new team build so we will have multiple headcount available.
