This opportunity supports a leading banking client, where you'll help establish a new platform engineering team responsible for building scalable AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD foundations for enterprise applications. If you're passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, Kubernetes, and developer platforms, this role offers the opportunity to build platform capabilities from the ground up. Job Roles & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows that enable secure, scalable, and automated software delivery. Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code best practices. Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, Groovy, TypeScript, or similar languages to improve deployment efficiency, platform reliability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline deployments, improve developer experience, and support end-to-end application delivery. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimize deployments, and continuously improve cloud platform reliability and security. Participate in platform architecture discussions, code reviews, infrastructure improvements, and engineering best practices across cloud and DevOps environments. Ideal Candidate Profile 5–14 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Proven experience creating reusable deployment workflows, Infrastructure as Code, cloud automation, and production platform engineering solutions. Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, TypeScript, or similar programming languages. Good understanding of Kubernetes operations, cloud-native architecture, deployment automation, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with software engineering teams in an Agile environment. Available to join immediately or within 15–30 days and willing to work from the client office at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.
