OCI DevOps Engineer

About the job For our client, we are seeking a OCI Devops Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,900 – $195,050 annually Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible Develop and maintain IaC scripts for provisioning and deployed environments Provision and secure micro-segmented virtual cloud networks Deploy and manage virtual machines and databases in OCI Secure application traffic flow using OCI Security Lists Collaborate with application teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with development pipelines Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and security Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 8-12 years of experience, or Masters with 6-10 years of experience US Citizen with ACTIVE ADP1/IT1 Public Trust clearance and completed Tier 5 background investigation Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management using IaC tools Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for IaC and management Experience deploying and managing operating systems in cloud environments Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, specifically 'hub and spoke' Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a talented team Professional development and growth opportunities Flexible work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
