About the job 🚀 We’re hiring: Mid-Level AI / Platform Engineer We are looking for a Mid-Level AI / Platform Engineer to join a long-term project focused on building and scaling a governed, multi-tenant, self-service AI platform using Databricks Mosaic AI. 🎯 Your mission You will support the implementation and evolution of Mosaic AI within the platform, helping teams adopt reusable and reliable AI development standards. Your responsibilities will include: • Implementing and supporting Databricks Mosaic AI capabilities • Developing and testing AI agents • Creating golden paths, SDKs, CLIs and reusable templates • Defining evaluation, monitoring and governance patterns • Supporting model experimentation, deployment and lifecycle management • Collaborating with engineering and data teams to enable self-service AI capabilities 🔍 What we’re looking for • Solid experience with Databricks Mosaic AI tools and agent development • Hands-on experience with the Mosaic AI Agent Framework • Good understanding of agentic AI principles and agent behaviour design • Experience with the Databricks Machine Learning platform and Spark ML • Strong Python programming skills • Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas and NumPy • Knowledge of MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry • Experience with agent monitoring, evaluation and testing techniques • Knowledge of feature engineering and data preprocessing • Basic understanding of containerisation and model deployment • Familiarity with AutoML tools and model evaluation methodologies 🌍 Language • English: C1/C2 level 💼 What we offer • Full-time freelance contract • Daily rate: €250–€270 + VAT, depending on experience • Long-term project • Location: Spain • 100% remote work
