Microsoft Power Platform Engineer: Our client is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to join a collaborative consulting and technology team focused on delivering innovative business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This hands-on role will support client implementations, solution development, platform optimization, and technical problem-solving while partnering with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong Power Platform expertise with a customer-focused mindset, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for helping organizations maximize the value of Microsoft technologies. This role is fully remote. Microsoft Power Platform Engineer Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft technologies. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions that align with client objectives. Develop and maintain custom applications, automated workflows, data models, dashboards, and reports within the Power Platform ecosystem. Troubleshoot complex platform issues, support solution enhancements, and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Build and maintain integrations between Microsoft platforms and external systems using APIs, connectors, and other integration technologies. Support platform migrations, modernization initiatives, upgrades, and implementation projects. Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support activities to ensure successful solution adoption. Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical support to promote long-term client success. Contribute reusable components, templates, best practices, and process improvements that enhance future project delivery. Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and deliver project milestones. Microsoft Power Platform Engineer Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform. Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. Solid understanding of environment management, security roles, solution deployment, governance, and application lifecycle management. Experience building solutions from documented business requirements and technical designs. Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in client-facing environments. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with third-party systems through APIs, custom connectors, or related technologies. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging platform capabilities. Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, Azure services, or related technologies is preferred. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or similar) are highly desirable. Experience supporting project management, portfolio management, or enterprise collaboration platforms is a plus.
