Member of Technical Staff

Accountabilities: The Member of Technical Staff will drive full-stack product development, transforming user needs and emerging AI capabilities into polished, production-ready experiences. This role requires strong ownership, technical judgment, and the ability to contribute across engineering, architecture, and product decisions. Own end-to-end development of key product initiatives, from initial concept and design through deployment and iteration. Build and improve user-facing features that enhance AI-powered workflows and overall product experience. Develop robust, scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Create AI and LLM-powered product integrations, focusing on practical user experiences rather than simple prompt-based solutions. Design and improve agent-facing experiences, including systems related to memory, collaboration between agents, and reliable AI behavior. Contribute to architectural decisions that influence product scalability, performance, and maintainability. Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems, improve workflows, and enhance user outcomes. Establish high standards for the user experience of AI-driven products. Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teammates to solve complex, ambiguous problems. Deliver high-quality code contributions quickly while maintaining strong engineering practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a product-minded full-stack engineer with strong technical breadth, experience building AI-enabled applications, and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-moving environments. They should be comfortable owning initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with a highly skilled team. Strong full-stack engineering experience with a frontend focus, including advanced TypeScript and React skills combined with backend API development experience. Proven experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, including agent-focused features, evaluation systems, or quality feedback loops. Strong understanding of web application architecture, performance optimization, and client-server interactions. Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous ideas from concept to completed product solutions. Experience making thoughtful technical decisions with a focus on user impact and business outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across disciplines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities. Humble, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed. Experience with coding agents, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, open-source contributions, developer tools, or high-growth startups is a plus.
