Accountabilities: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing customer requests, coordinating critical shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of logistics activities. This role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to deliver reliable service in a high-volume operational environment. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments using specialized logistics management systems. Coordinate shipment activities across medical, aerospace, telecommunications, and high-tech industries. Communicate effectively with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues. Ensure shipment information is accurate and properly maintained within operational systems. Meet established team performance metrics and service expectations. Maintain knowledge of required processes, procedures, and training materials. Support operational priorities while adapting to changing business requirements. Deliver a high level of customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive logistics activities. Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively in a structured operational setting. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, and related office tools. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Familiarity with U.S. and international geography and time zones preferred. Previous call center experience is a plus. Ability to work additional hours when required by business needs.
