Legal Solutions Associate

Accountabilities: The Legal Solutions Associate will support business growth by managing client relationships, understanding legal needs, and connecting customers with suitable technology solutions. Independently manage client outreach activities, including prospect communication, follow-ups, and relationship building. Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions to help clients understand available legal technology solutions. Convert qualified leads into customers by identifying client requirements and presenting relevant solutions. Act as a Legal-Tech Consultant by mapping client challenges to appropriate AI-powered tools and workflows. Build and maintain strong relationships with advocates, law firms, corporate teams, and other legal professionals. Support customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding and continued engagement. Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth objectives through effective client management and sales activities. Gather client feedback and share insights to support improvements in products, services, and customer experience. Represent the organization professionally in client-facing interactions and industry conversations. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a foundation in legal studies combined with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in legal technology and business development. Fresh law graduates or early-career legal professionals are encouraged to apply. Prior experience through internships, sales roles, client handling, or business development is preferred. Strong understanding of legal processes and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships. Interest in artificial intelligence, legal technology, and digital transformation within the legal sector. Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward growth targets. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Regional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
