Lead Product Manager

Accountabilities: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing web platforms, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and business growth. Lead product development initiatives by collaborating with engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and data teams to deliver impactful web experiences. Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, priorities, and decisions that enable efficient execution. Partner with engineering leadership to improve web architecture, scalability, and technical capabilities that support rapid experimentation and innovation. Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to web platform health, user acquisition, conversion, and overall product performance. Leverage analytics, experimentation, competitive research, and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide product decisions. Drive AI-first product transformation by evaluating AI solutions, improving workflow automation, and defining standards for AI-enabled experiences. Influence cross-functional strategies by communicating product vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving business outcomes. Promote product excellence through best practices in experimentation, AI governance, and product-led growth methodologies. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in web product management, ideally within SaaS or product-led growth environments, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact. Strong experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and data-driven product initiatives. Deep understanding of user behavior, customer needs, and strategies for improving engagement and conversion. Experience implementing AI-powered solutions, automating workflows, or improving AI readiness within digital products. Strong technical understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and modern product development practices. Experience using analytics and experimentation platforms such as Amplitude, Eppo, or similar tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and make informed technical trade-offs when designing scalable systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive accountability across teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. Customer-focused mindset with experience conducting market research, analyzing trends, and using insights to guide product strategy.
