Mentoring and coaching capability for senior engineers Core Technical Expertise Domain Skills - telecom oss/bss, telco cloud OpenShift/Kubernetes architecture & multi-cluster design, OpenStack architecture, GitOps architecture (Argo CD, Jenkins, Quay, Nexus) Automation (AWX/Ansible AAP) Observability architectures - Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Logic Monitor, Thanos Cloudify or Inmanta exposure is an advantage Infosys tools: Topaz Fabric, AWX, Logic Monitor Understanding of LLMs, MCPs.
