Working As a DevOps Lead You Will
Guide and mentor a group of up to five engineers, overseeing their professional growth, performance, and the onboarding of new hires.
Architect and maintain highly scalable, secure, and budget-friendly cloud environments, focusing primarily on AWS.
Build and refine Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform across multiple deployment stages.
Enhance software delivery pipelines by automating and optimizing CI/CD processes.
Champion system reliability by implementing advanced observability, logging, and incident response strategies.
Collaborate closely with development and security departments to ensure self-service capabilities, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Balance hands-on engineering with strategic planning, defining technical goals that align with the broader company vision.

Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering environments.
At least 2 years of proven leadership or team mentoring background.
Extensive, practical expertise within the AWS ecosystem (including EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Lambda).
Advanced proficiency in Terraform and core IaC concepts.
Deep understanding of container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid track record building and managing CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
Ability to write robust automation scripts in Python, Go, or Bash.
Practical knowledge of modern monitoring and observability platforms (such as Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK).
Strong foundational knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security.
Fluent English communication skills, allowing for seamless cross-team technical discussions.
Nice to have: AWS Certifications, background in highly regulated sectors, or practical experience with GitOps, FinOps, and service meshes.

Rate: 170 - 195 PLN/h + VAT
