OBSS is looking for a Java Software Architect to lead multiple large-scale projects, design robust software architectures, and explore new technologies that meet evolving business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with technical and business teams to design, implement, and optimize complex integrated systems. Main Responsibilities Design and implement software architecture for large-scale projects. Plan, design, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Define and apply business policies and rules to support critical processes. Provide accurate and timely technical input to support decision-making. Evaluate and adopt new trend technologies for integrated systems. Collaborate with project managers and technical team members to coordinate tasks and ensure successful delivery. Qualifications / Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 9 years of experience in software architecture and development. Strong knowledge of SQL. Proven experience in Java and service technologies: JPA (Hibernate), JSF (PrimeFaces), JDBC, CDI or Spring, Bean Validation, Maven, and REST. Experience with Spring Framework (MVC, Cloud, Boot, Data, Security). Preferably familiar with JavaScript technologies and experienced in Angular 2+. Experience in the card payment systems industry. Involvement in at least 2 projects adopting new technologies for large-scale integrated systems. Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
