This is a highly technical and hands-on position requiring the selected candidate to both lead and participate in multiple projects, ensuring the successful deployment and management of advanced network solutions. The role demands innovative thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred. Extensive experience in network architecture, security protocols, cloud integrations, and AI infrastructure is essential. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail will set candidates apart. Responsibilities Lead the design, deployment, and management of complex network solutions, ensuring they meet the organization’s performance, security, and scalability standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative infrastructure strategies that support AI workloads and cloud integration. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement improvements to optimize operations. Maintain and update documentation related to network configurations, policies, and procedures. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and innovative solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards to safeguard organizational data and infrastructure.
