In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing IT infrastructure that supports business-critical applications and enterprise operations. This position is ideal for a technology professional with strong expertise in systems infrastructure, cloud environments, virtualization, and network administration who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability Manage Windows and Linux server environments across development, testing, and production systems Administer cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments Perform patch management, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning Troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents and provide timely root cause resolution Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support integrated IT operations Implement infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and system changes Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles Strong experience with Windows/Linux server administration Hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and/or Microsoft Azure Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and routing Proficiency in scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or similar Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus At The AES Group, Inc., we value innovation, technical excellence, and professionals who are passionate about building reliable infrastructure solutions that power organizational success.
