HR Consultant

Accountabilities: As an HR Consultant, you will support the HR team in managing recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and operational processes while ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and application coordination. Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation. Assist with onboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of HR-related processes. Support employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives. Provide administrative support for ongoing HR projects and people operations. Help improve HR processes through organized documentation and efficient coordination. Collaborate with team members to support a positive employee experience. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic HR professional or recent graduate with strong interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and human resources operations. Recently completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field. Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent management. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is preferred. Basic understanding of employee records, HR databases, and documentation processes. Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives. Benefits: Monthly compensation ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹18,000 depending on candidate profile and engagement duration.
