About the job GPU Infrastructure Engineer (Customer Facing) required by one of the most exciting, well-resourced AI infrastructure startups in the world. The company works in close partnership with NVIDIA and other key organisations shaping the future of data centres and AI infrastructure. You'll become a trusted technical authority for customers deploying and scaling next-generation Blackwell GPU infrastructure. From deployment through production, you'll help their AI platforms run reliably, scale seamlessly, and power some of the world's most advanced AI infrastructure. What we offer Salary up to $200,000 + 20% Bonus Share Options Remote US Requirements Proven experience in a customer facing HPC Engineer, Solution Engineer or Solutions Architect role NVIDIA Blackwell GPU infrastructure (B200, GB200 or GB300) Familiarity with GPU runtimes, containerized execution, and distributed scheduling workflows. (Slurm, Kubernetes) Understanding of network paths, storage throughput behavior, and system level interactions that affect workload performance. (Object, Block, NFS, performant Storage) Ability to diagnose environment issues spanning compute, orchestration, and cluster level resources. Strong understanding of high-performance networking - InfiniBand or RoCE Responsibilities Implement and configure customer AI environments across large-scale GPU clusters. Support AI workloads as they scale across GPUs, nodes, and regions. Optimize inference and training workloads for performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot infrastructure, runtime, and performance issues. Advise customers on AI platform architecture and workload best practices. Customize and rebuild inference engine packages to meet customer requirements. Develop reusable onboarding tools, templates, and automation to improve deployment consistency.
