Frontend / UI Development (Primary Focus)
Frontend (Must-Have)
Skill Details
React.js / Angular / Vue.js Strong proficiency in at least one major framework (React preferred)
HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS Deep understanding of semantic HTML and advanced CSS techniques
JavaScript / TypeScript Strong command of ES6+ features and TypeScript
State Management Experience with Redux, Zustand, NgRx, or similar
Responsive Design Proficiency with CSS Grid, Flexbox, and mobile-first design
UI Component Libraries Hands-on experience with Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or similar
Browser DevTools Proficiency in debugging and performance profiling
Testing Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all supported platforms.
- Optimize frontend performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
- Implement and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure UI consistency.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine and improve user experience.
- Write unit and integration tests for frontend components.
- Backend Development (Secondary Focus)
- Experienced in Micro services architecture and java with good understanding of design patterns, spring boot framework
- Expertise in RESTful web services, and includes Advanced JavaScript architecture.
- Knowledge of MongoDB, Kubernetes
- Expertise in Java,J2EE Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Eureka, Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Security
- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.
