Our recruiting team is working with an enterprise client in Philadelphia to assist them in hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer (Microsoft Stack) to develop secure, scalable business applications and modern digital solutions. This role will work across frontend development, backend services, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled applications. This is a full-time salaried. Hybrid to Philly or remote (must be East Coast time zone). No sponsorship available at this time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications.
  • Build APIs, integrations, web interfaces, and backend services.
  • Develop AI-enabled applications and automated workflows.
  • Work with cloud platforms, databases, and modern development tools.
  • Implement application security, authentication, and access controls.
  • Support automated testing and CI/CD processes.
  • Troubleshoot applications and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams on application initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience building back-end services, APIs, integrations to cloud services, and data-access layers using modern frameworks and patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and automated testing.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, estimates, and implementation plans.
  • Interest in responsible AI, data protection, human-centered design, and practical technology governance.
