About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in web development and AI integration to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that leverage the latest in AI and full stack technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Additionally, this position involves integrating AI-powered solutions such as large language models (LLMs), GenAI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines into our platform. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI engineers, to embed intelligent automation into our recruitment solutions. This role requires working in the CST timezone to facilitate seamless team collaboration and project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation for frontend development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Java for backend development.
• Expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Solid understanding of MS SQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.
• Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Mistral.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• High-speed internet connection (Cable or Fiber) with minimum speeds of 70/30 Mbps, capable of supporting remote work.
  
  

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries, containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD pipelines, AI-enhanced UI/UX design, vector databases, semantic search, and experience with mortgage compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications utilizing TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, and Node.js within a microservice architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design features, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement data storage solutions using MS SQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Design and develop user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JSON-generated content, ensuring a dynamic and interactive user experience.
• Perform DOM manipulation to create engaging web pages that are responsive and cross-browser compatible.
• Ensure web applications are optimized for performance and responsiveness on various devices and browsers.
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications by integrating LLMs, GenAI agents, and RAG pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, FastAPI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Handle unstructured data types such as PDFs, HTML, audio, and images, and develop multimodal models for enhanced AI functionalities.
• Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost management.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed intelligent automation and decision-making capabilities into enterprise workflows.
• Contribute to the development of semantic search, vector databases, and AI-enhanced user experiences to improve platform capabilities.
