The Full Stack Developer will join the Trade Operations IT Delivery team within a global Energy Trading organisation to design and develop bespoke applications supporting the end-to-end trading lifecycle. The role involves building scalable backend services, modern user interfaces, and business-critical workflows using a C#/.NET and Angular stack. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities include contributing to the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, code reviews, and deployment. The position also offers the opportunity to influence architectural direction and engineering standards across the integrated trading platform.

A leading global Energy Trading organisation requires a Full Stack Developer (.NET / C#) to join its Trade Operations IT Delivery team, delivering business-critical applications that support the full trading lifecycle across global energy markets.
You'll work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to build and enhance scalable applications using C#/.NET and Angular. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to modern, enterprise-scale solutions while influencing architectural direction, advancing engineering best practices, and supporting the continued evolution of a highly integrated trading platform.
As a Full Stack Developer within the Trade Operations IT Delivery team, you will design, develop and enhance bespoke applications that support the end-to-end trading lifecycle across global energy markets. You will build scalable backend services, modern user interfaces and business-critical workflows used by operational teams on a daily basis.
You'll work closely with business users, analysts and fellow engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. You'll contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, code reviews, deployment and ongoing enhancement, while helping shape architecture, engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.

💰 Paying up to £95,000 + bonus + benefits

📍Hybrid working. 3 days per week in the office
Skills Required:
- Strong commercial experience developing full-stack applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
- Experience designing and delivering bespoke, business-critical applications with a solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle, alongside modern development methodologies, testing, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive approach to driving technical improvements and continuous innovation.
