The work
- Architecting and building new features across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, using TypeScript.
- Shaping the technical direction for a rapidly expanding product surface, including new modules for fundraising and international markets.
- Developing robust tooling to streamline the migration of new organisations onto the platform.
- Owning features end-to-end: from initial idea and technical design through to deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborating directly with customer success to diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring platform stability and user satisfaction.
- Broad engineering exposure across frontend, backend, and infrastructure; you solve problems without needing explicit instructions.
- Daily comfort with TypeScript and practical experience with Elasticsearch.
- A demonstrable passion for coding beyond work, evidenced by personal projects or open-source contributions.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and understanding.
- A track record of shipping features from concept to production and taking full accountability for their success and maintenance.
