The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership across global teams located in diverse geographic locations and time-zones. The role involves managing and maturing offshore engineering teams and demonstrating technical leadership. Key respons ability to communicate on a business level with everyone is a must. The role requires proficiency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. The candidate will also be responsible for ability to analyze and present recruitment data in a clear manner. The role involves iterative technology delivery to deliver value faster through small iterations. The candidate must be able to challenge conventional approaches and innovative thinking to create new ways of working.

Understand Technology Platforms - Internal Developer Platforms and Hosting Platforms, Internal and Cloud.
• Engineering skills – Experience in several languages, Polyglot. Database and schemas, API development, basic
understanding of Linux and web technologies. Experience in deploying within Client would be helpful but not essential.
• Iterative technology delivery - Delivering in small iterations to deliver value faster
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner.
• Leadership – Demonstrating technical leadership across global teams, located in diverse geographic locations, across
time-zones, and maturing offshore teams of engineers.
• Stakeholder management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, with extensive leadership
and senior stakeholder management experience.
