About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated engineer who embraces AI-powered development and uses modern coding agents as a force multiplier. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with sound judgment, ensuring AI-generated solutions meet high standards for quality, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end SaaS features across the application stack.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable code.

AI & Automation Engineering

• Develop agentic workflows and automation pipelines that improve engineering productivity.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate software development while maintaining rigorous review standards.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and architectural alignment.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Build and maintain cloud-native applications and services.
• Contribute to API development, data modeling, and microservices architecture.
• Support scalable infrastructure and real-time data processing solutions.

Security & Quality

• Apply secure-by-design principles throughout the software lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and performance standards.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience building production SaaS applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of:
• Containerization technologies
• Serverless architecture
• Event-driven systems
• RESTful API design
• Modern web application development

AI & Automation Experience

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with autonomous agent frameworks and human-in-the-loop processes.
