About this role
The candidate will focus on developing and evolving a Next.js frontend, which will be the primary focus of the majority of their time. About Kolla
Kolla is a platform that provides the consumer-facing layer of Digital Product Passports (DPPs). Kolla’s no-code microsite and QR code platform fetches relevant product data from a brand’s databases and turns them into EU-compliant, branded experiences. Our clients operate in regulated industries such as batteries, textiles, electronics, and furniture, as well as Swedish municipalities.
We're a small, fast-moving team that's growing, and we're now looking for a full stack developer who wants to help build the next generation of our platform.
What you'll do
- Develop and evolve our Next.js frontend. We think you’ll spend the majority of your time here
- Work on our PHP backend when needed
- Be part of the entire development flow from idea and design to deployment and follow-up
- Actively use AI tools to code faster and smarter, not as an exception but as part of the way we work
- Take initiative and jump in wherever needed. We're a startup, and everyone does a bit of everything
Who we're looking for
- A preference for frontend work with some solid experience with Next.js (App Router) and React
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Experience with PHP
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL and REST API design
- Experience with version control, merge requests, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience integrating third-party services and external APIs
- Comfortable with complex frontend interfaces such as drag-and-drop, multi-step views, and advanced content editors
- Experience with AI coding tools. You’re using them naturally in your day-to-day work
- Some familiarity with PIM, PLM or ERP systems is a big plus as we build integrations that sync product data from these into our platform
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment with short decision paths and broad responsibility
- Fluent in either Swedish or English and preferably both
- Based in Stockholm, or willing to work from there
