JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Full stack software engineering 8 plus years of experience; with a focus in financial services applications is a plus
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
  • Relevant knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: Python, .NET, .NET MVC and Microsoft frameworks
  • Client-side language, library, and framework proficiency: React a plus, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, SPFx
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including build pipelines, automation, and version control
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for both traditional applications (React/Python)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams working on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud services
  • Shown ability to create automation scripts and tooling to streamline deployments and workflows
  • Experience defining best practices for version control, release management, and DevOps in hybrid environments
  • Demonstrated experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to both technical and non-technical team members
  • Comfort working across both traditional codebases and platform-based solutions
