About this role
As a Full Stack Developer within the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and modifying software systems and custom components using a modern development stack. The role involves analyzing system performance, data usage, and work processes to develop software solutions and integrating existing software into new or modified systems. You will work within the Government & Public Services practice to support client strategy and program management applications through re-architecting and modernizing high-visibility systems. The position requires an active Top Secret clearance and involves approximately 10-15% travel. The team focuses on delivering complex programs with a product engineering mindset using flexible delivery models.

Deloitte is seeking a full-stack developer to join our web app development team support the client's strategy and program management applications, in a fast-paced development effort to re-architect and modernize a high-visibility system. As a member of our development team, you will design, develop and modify custom software solutions that solve problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent with technology change.
Work you'll do
As a Full Stack Developer - PROJECT - Software Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and modifying software systems and custom components using a modern development stack
- Developing software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, systems flow, data usage, and work processes, and by collaborating with users and system engineers
- Integrating existing software into new or modified systems
- Developing and executing test procedures for software components
- Analyzing user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Top Secret clearance
- 1+ years of experience as a full-stack developer using Java and Angular
- 1+ years of experience with front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience with front-end development within a full-stack development environment
- Experience working on Agile project delivery teams
