Full Stack Developer (Multiple Levels)

Accountabilities: The Full Stack Developer will support the development and enhancement of secure, mission-focused applications by combining front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI/ML development expertise. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain full-stack web applications supporting technology evaluation, data management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Build secure and scalable dashboards with interactive interfaces, data visualizations, and media-rich components. Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, including automated summaries, recommendations, and technology discovery features. Design and implement backend services, APIs, data models, and processing workflows to support complex application requirements. Develop front-end components using modern frameworks to deliver responsive and user-friendly experiences. Build and maintain real-time data ingestion pipelines, integrations, and automated workflows. Support secure application access through authentication, authorization, and role-based controls. Implement automation pipelines, including configuration management, branching strategies, and artifact repositories. Collaborate within Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, reviews, testing, and iterative improvements. Support cloud-based development environments and modern software architectures, including microservices and containerized solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively with engineering teams, leadership, and government stakeholders. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience developing modern software applications, strong full-stack engineering capabilities, and familiarity with AI-enabled technologies. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in technical and mission-driven environments. U.S. citizenship is required. Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred; candidates must be eligible to obtain a Department of War Secret clearance. Experience developing full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with backend frameworks such as Python, Node.js, Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Experience with CI/CD platforms and development tools such as GitHub or artifact management solutions. Experience with real-time data processing, integrations, and automated pipelines. Experience with data visualization libraries and dashboard development. Experience working within secure cloud environments. Experience supporting Agile software development methodologies. Experience developing applications using large language models (LLMs) and AI/ML technologies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design, build, and improve complex software solutions. Mid-Level Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1–5 years of relevant experience. Desired certifications include Security+, AWS Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, PCAP, or Certified ScrumMaster. Senior-Level Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or Doctoral degree with 4+ years of experience. Desired certifications include AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, PCPP, CKAD, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. Experience supporting federal technology programs, integrating multiple data sources, developing AI/ML features, or building solutions for senior stakeholders is preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary range based on experience, education, certifications, and role level: Mid-Level: approximately $78,900 – $164,125 annually. Senior-Level: approximately $127,100 – $198,575 annually. Potential compensation range up to approximately $222,400 annually depending on qualifications and role factors.
