Full Stack AI Engineer, Backend Oriented

Accountabilities Participate in the end-to-end development of product features across backend and frontend systems under the guidance of experienced engineering team members. Integrate AI-powered development tools into daily workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency. Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions while minimizing handoff between frontend and backend development. Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance development processes and deliver high-quality user experiences. Build, maintain, and optimize backend services, APIs, databases, and supporting infrastructure while contributing to frontend functionality when required. Continuously learn full stack engineering practices, share knowledge with teammates, and proactively identify opportunities to improve products and engineering workflows. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Practical software development experience through personal projects, internships, coursework, open-source contributions, or similar hands-on experience. Strong programming skills in at least one backend language such as Java or Go (Golang). Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks for developing full stack applications. Understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, backend architecture, and core software engineering principles. Experience building complete applications or projects from concept through implementation. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar developer productivity platforms. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Self-motivated learner with a product-oriented mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership beyond assigned responsibilities. Experience contributing to open-source projects, startup environments, cross-platform development, or personal technical projects is considered an advantage.
