About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Nortal. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in software development, preferably in an agile environment. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with modern frameworks and technologies like React, Angular, .NET, or Spring Boot. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure software solutions aligned with project requirements. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deliver solutions on time. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality. Implement automated testing and support continuous integration and deployment processes. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and project outcomes.
