Front-End Developer

Accountabilities: Design, develop, and enhance software solutions that align with user needs and product objectives. Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using modern development practices and technologies. Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and adherence to engineering standards. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting website and web application functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and intuitive digital experiences. Contribute ideas and technical improvements to enhance development processes and product quality. Support and mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices. Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Front-End Developer. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges. Experience building modern web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress. Ability to participate effectively in technical discussions and collaborate within development teams. Interest and ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
