Accountabilities: The FP&A Data Analyst will support the development of reporting frameworks and analytical solutions that help teams monitor performance and make informed decisions. The role requires strong collaboration with finance stakeholders, technical expertise in reporting tools, and the ability to continuously improve data workflows. Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI to support financial planning and business stakeholders. Build automated reporting processes that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency. Partner with finance teams to identify key business metrics and convert requirements into effective data solutions. Manage data connections, transformations, and data models within reporting platforms. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support the creation of data visualization solutions that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Improve reporting workflows through automation and streamlined data processes. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting, with strong technical skills and the ability to independently manage priorities in a remote environment. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, FP&A analytics, or a related analytical role. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization. Solid understanding of KPI frameworks and financial or operational performance metrics. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis. Experience automating repetitive reporting tasks and improving data workflows. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a contract-based environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience supporting finance, accounting, or FP&A teams is preferred. Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or international business environments is a plus.
