Accountabilities: Drive strategic and high-priority initiatives across various business functions, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with leadership teams to solve operational, product, and business challenges through structured analysis and execution. Lead cross-functional projects from planning to implementation, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining momentum across teams. Research new markets, business opportunities, and product initiatives to support expansion and long-term growth strategies. Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve processes, organizational effectiveness, and scalability. Support the development of new teams, operational frameworks, and business capabilities as the organization continues to grow. Take full ownership of assigned projects, proactively managing priorities and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Strong problem-solving abilities combined with sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in dynamic environments. Comfortable working across multiple business domains, including product, operations, hiring, and business development. Excellent project management, execution, and organizational capabilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results. Highly curious, resourceful, proactive, and motivated to build and improve processes. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, in an international and distributed work environment. Prior experience in startups, strategy, consulting, operations, product management, venture-backed environments, or founder's office roles is considered advantageous.
