Field Support Technician

Responsible for on-site and remote IT support, focusing on end-user devices, workplace setup, and Microsoft 365 environments. Main Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line support (on-site and remote) Install and configure workstations and devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Manage users in Active Directory / Entra ID Manage devices via Intune and Autopilot Support onboarding and offboarding Handle equipment and ticket management 2+ years of experience in IT support / field support Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Driving license Strong problem-solving and autonomy Inetum is a European leader supporting organizations as they navigate continuous technological change.
