Field Specialist I - Wellbore Intervention

Accountabilities: The Field Specialist will be responsible for delivering technical field support, executing wellbore intervention activities, and ensuring equipment and services meet customer requirements. The role requires strong operational knowledge, attention to safety, and the ability to resolve technical challenges in dynamic environments. Execute wellbore intervention applications within the assigned district, ensuring equipment compatibility with operational requirements and customer needs. Apply technical expertise across increasingly complex wellbore intervention projects and related service applications. Provide on-site customer support, ensuring accurate job documentation and completion of required reports and paperwork. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to wellbore intervention operations. Apply mechanical and operational knowledge to ensure products, tools, and services are delivered with high quality standards. Support field operations involving fishing, casing exits, wellbore cleanup, and through-tubing fishing activities. Collaborate with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve operational objectives. Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Follow company procedures, operational standards, and quality guidelines throughout service delivery. Participate in rotational field assignments and adapt to changing operational priorities. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have practical field experience in wellbore intervention operations, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in challenging operational environments. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety are essential for success in this position. More than 3 years of experience working as a Field Specialist in wellbore intervention operations. Hands-on experience with fishing operations, casing exits, wellbore cleanup, and through-tubing fishing applications. Strong understanding of mechanical principles and application practices related to wellbore intervention products and services. Experience with drilling, completion techniques, and drilling or workover rig operations. Exposure to land rigs and semi-submersible rig environments is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective field solutions. Strong teamwork skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted working relationships. Willingness to work flexible rotational schedules and travel as required.
