Accountabilities: The Federal Civilian Agencies Account Manager will be responsible for growing strategic government accounts, strengthening executive relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with customer missions. The role requires ownership of revenue objectives, account planning, and collaboration across internal teams to create sustainable business growth. Develop and execute annual business plans focused on near-term and long-term sales opportunities, including major government programs, infrastructure initiatives, and technology modernization projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with technical leaders, operational stakeholders, acquisition teams, and executive decision-makers across federal healthcare agencies. Identify customer priorities, mission requirements, and business challenges to position effective technology solutions and services. Represent customer needs and market insights to internal leadership teams to influence strategy and solution development. Partner with engineering, marketing, legal, delivery, and channel teams to coordinate account activities and maximize customer value. Drive achievement of annual revenue targets while maintaining disciplined account management practices. Develop strategic account strategies that improve customer engagement, business predictability, and long-term growth. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise sales experience, strong federal market knowledge, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building expertise, and the ability to navigate large-scale technology sales cycles. 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably supporting federal healthcare agencies or complex enterprise environments. Proven success growing business within government organizations or large-scale enterprise accounts. Experience selling a combination of products and services across networking, software, compute, or related technology solutions. Strong understanding of U.S. government operations, procurement drivers, technology trends, and mission requirements, particularly within healthcare-focused agencies. Established relationships with technical, operational, and business leaders in federal environments. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, with active Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership and influence abilities. Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and account management capabilities.
