Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling Handle calls to the company in a professional manner Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly Manage meeting room booking Manage company taxi cards and parking services Manage stationery for the office Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company. 3rd – 4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or related fields. Official  university recommendation letter with stamp  (mandatory). Commitment:  full-time  or  at least 4 days/week for 6 months   internship.
