
Enablement Account Manager

Accountabilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for assigned independent insurance agencies, building strong relationships and supporting their long-term growth. Develop and execute agent enablement strategies designed to improve product knowledge, increase adoption, and drive consistent production. Schedule and conduct personalized training sessions to help agencies better understand carrier offerings, products, appointment requirements, and sales opportunities. Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts by analyzing performance data, agency needs, and market trends. Support agencies in increasing policy production through effective coaching, cross-selling strategies, and targeted recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable training resources, account management best practices, and growth initiatives. Gather feedback from agency interactions and training sessions to improve processes, products, and overall user experience. Maintain strong knowledge of carrier markets, insurance products, commission structures, and appointment processes. Evaluate agency qualifications for carrier appointments and provide informed recommendations. Achieve and exceed assigned performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of property and casualty (P&C) insurance experience, including experience working with independent agents. Proven experience training, coaching, or developing agency teams and sales professionals. Strong understanding of P&C personal and commercial insurance products, including marketing and sales processes. Experience managing relationships across large territories or multiple agency accounts. Ability to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and provide practical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering presentations to small and large audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment. Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to adapt, learn, and take ownership of new challenges. Relevant insurance certifications such as a P&C license, CPCU, or CIC designation are preferred. Benefits: Competitive base salary range of $65,000 – $75,000 plus commission , with final compensation based on experience, skills, location, and business needs.
