Your Mission Will Be Support the evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre platform, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing product ownership; Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, Power Platform components, and AWS-based solutions; Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionality through plugins, PCF controls, web resources, JavaScript, and custom APIs; Enhance chatbot and customer engagement capabilities using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Communication Services; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure knowledge transfer, documentation quality, and platform scalability. You Will Need Strong experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Contact Centre environments; Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform Admin Centre; Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM development, including PCF controls, plugins, JavaScript, web resources, and API integrations; Understanding of Azure services such as Azure Communication Services and Event Grid, along with integration best practices; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You Have Experience designing and developing chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio; Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and integrations across Azure and AWS; Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks; Experience working in customer service, contact centre, or CCaaS transformation initiatives; BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
